The On Tour Interview Program (OTIP) provides legal employers in California, Texas, Florida and Illinois the opportunity to recruit extraordinary talent from four top-ranked law schools. Each summer, students from Duke University School of Law, Georgetown University Law Center, Northwestern University School of Law and University of Virginia School of Law have the opportunity to submit resumes to be prescreened by participating employers for summer associate and/or entry-level positions for the following year. Employers select those candidates they wish to see and interview with them at the OTIP location nearest to their office. On Tour Interview Programs are held in Chicago,* Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami* and San Francisco.
Students travel to these cities on their own expense, thereby displaying their interest, ties and commitment to working for law firms in these locations, leaving only the minimal expense of time and local travel for participating employers.
