Below is a timeline for the On Tour Interview Programs. Please note, there are no exceptions to any of the bidding and scheduling deadlines.

Student Review begins - students may log into the On Tour Symplicity site to view and research participating employers.

Student Bidding OPENS at 12:00pm EDT.

Student Bidding CLOSES at 6:00pm EDT.

Student "Preselect" scheduling begins at 12:00pm EDT - students selected for interviews may schedule their interviews on a first-come, first-served basis.

Preselect scheduling closes at 6:00pm EDT.  Deadline to cancel/decline interview offers.

Student "Alternate" scheduling begins at 12:00pm EDT - students selected as alternate candidates may schedule for any open interview times on a first-come, first-served basis (with the exception of Chicago and Miami).

​Alternate scheduling closes at 6:00pm EDT.

Open Sign-Ups Open at 12:00pm EDT (if any interview slots available).

Open Sign-Ups Close at 6:00pm EDT (if any interview slots available).

How to Register


If you are a 2L or 3L from a participating school, you will receive an OTIP Symplicity username and password from your law school's career services in early June.

You are responsible for setting up your Symplicity account and submitting your bids. If you do not receive a username and password, please contact your law school's career services office.
